Microsoft Getting Into The Streaming Business?
By: Ricardo Suarez
Xbox Live’s Partner Group program manager, Chad Gibson has announced through a blog post that Microsoft has acquired “Beam” for an undisclosed sum of money. Beam, as described by Gibson, is “an innovative and interactive live streaming service that gives viewers the ability to watch and play along with their favorite game streamers in real-time”.

Although Microsoft has acquired “Beam” it seems as though support for streaming across all platforms will still continue, not unlike Microsoft’s acquisition of “Mojang” and their “Minecraft” franchise.
It is still unclear how this affects Windows 10 and Xbox One but until more news becomes available, keep on searching for Hidden Item!
